Choose The Hive as your map on beginner difficulty, and take things slow in the beginning. There are usually a handful of Rejects in the first few rooms that you can take out with executions if you walk up to them (do NOT run – this will turn them on) and pull out their battery from behind.

If the Rejects do become activated, get in front of the bots and allow them to take a swing on you. Strafe right or left and position yourself behind them for the execution.

Later on, a double-melee will usually put average enemies on their knees so you can execute them.

You are also able to get a good amount of executions in the starting rounds of beginner Horde, but it becomes more difficult as waves pass. It’s better to stick to Escape, so you can get two birds with one stone.
